By accessing and using BEATLAB, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Service Description
BEATLAB is a distribution platform for original music content for professional DJs. We offer:
- Access to a library with over 450 original tracks
- Downloads in high quality format (320kbps)
- Monthly updates with new tracks
- Commercial use license for purchased music
3. Usage License
Upon purchasing access to BEATLAB, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to:
- Use the tracks in live performances (clubs, events, festivals)
- Use the tracks in online broadcasts and streaming platforms
- Use the tracks in commercial productions (mixtapes, podcasts, recorded DJ sets)
- Sell or distribute derivative works that incorporate these tracks (remixes, edits, mashups) as long as they are substantially transformed
Restrictions:
- It is strictly prohibited to resell, redistribute or share the original unmodified tracks
- Tracks cannot be resold "as-is" or in their original form without creative transformation
- You may only commercially distribute tracks that have been remixed, edited, or substantially reworked into a new creative work
- It is prohibited to claim authorship of the original BEATLAB productions
- It is prohibited to make the original tracks available on download or streaming services as standalone content
4. Payment and Refund
Payment is processed as a one-time transaction through the Hotmart platform. We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a full refund within this period through the support email.
5. Access and Availability
After payment confirmation, you will receive:
- A PDF with access link to the download area
- A personal and non-transferable password
- Lifetime access to the content and all future updates
6. Intellectual Property
All musical content available on BEATLAB is the exclusive property of the platform. The granted usage license does not transfer copyright, only usage rights as specified in section 3.
7. Limitation of Liability
BEATLAB is not responsible for:
- Loss of access due to forgotten password (which can be recovered upon request)
- Technical connection or download issues not related to the platform
- Misuse of content by unauthorized third parties
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
